Copyright and Complaints

The app lets stores share pictures, videos and texts with their partners, and lets partners add their own content. We respect other people's rights and ask you to do the same.
Our content
The Hypesoul name, icon, app and website belong to Kirill Novak s.r.o.. You may not copy or use them to suggest a connection that does not exist.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you upload. By uploading it you give us permission to store it and show it to the people you chose (for example a store's partners) so that the service works.
Upload only what you own or have permission to use.
Reporting infringing content
If you believe something in the app infringes your rights, write to support@hypesoulaffiliate.com and include:
- who you are and how to reach you;
- what work is yours and where you published it;
- where the infringing content is, with a link or screenshot;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not allowed, and that the information is correct.
What we do
We review the report, may remove or disable the content, and tell the person who uploaded it so that they can respond. Repeated infringement can lead to loss of the account.
